TRAINERS ARE FULLY QUALIFIED AND UNDERSTAND THAT YOU AND YOUR
STAFF ARE NOT PROGRAMMERS AND THAT THE APPLICATION SOFTWARE WE
HAVE DEVELOPED FOR YOU IS THERE TO HELP TO DO YOUR JOB. WE WILL
PRESUME ONLY A BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO USE A MOUSE AND HOW TO
LOCATE FILES ON YOUR HARD DRIVES.
Our
training and support systems are very flexible and are designed
to match your requirements. We will match the training to your
knowledge and understanding of the processes involved with the
system.
Training
can be arranged on whatever basis you wish. It can be spread over
two or more time separated sessions or on an 'as required' basis.
Once
training has been completed then online and telephone support
will be available to you during normal office hours. Of course,
further training can always be arranged.
